Can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation and tracking email from Summery the label, where you can track the delivery status of your order.

 

Import duties and taxes?
All countries have different rules and regulations regarding taxes, duties and customs regulations. Our free and paid shipping does not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at your destination country. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly. Import duties and taxes is the responsibility of the buyer, any unpaid taxes and returned goods expenses  due to unpaid duties and tax is at the buyers expense.

Garment care and washing instructions?
The following are general care guidelines. For detailed instructions, always check the individual product page and follow the care label on your garment.

Linen: Hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent. Dry flat in shade. Do not bleach, tumble dry or soak. Iron on low heat.

Cotton: Machine washable on a gentle cycle. Use a wash bag to protect the fabric. Do not tumble dry - lay flat or hang to dry in shade. Iron on a low-medium heat while slightly damp for best results.

Cotton Knit: Machine washable on a gentle cycle. Wash inside out to protect the knit. Use a wash bag. Do not tumble dry - lay flat to dry to maintain shape. Iron on a warm setting with gentle steam.

Lambswool: Hand wash only in cool water using a gentle wool detergent or baby shampoo. Do not machine wash. Lay flat to dry to maintain shape. Do not tumble dry. Iron gently on a low heat with soft steam. To refresh between wears and neutralise odours, use a steam iron rather than washing.
